Virgin Money increases all BTL and residential fixed rates

Virgin Money is making changes to all of its fixed rate mortgages at 8pm on Monday 14 February.

All residential fixed rates will be increased by between 0.10-0.25 percentage points.

In addition, all buy-to-let fixed rates will be increased by between 0.10- 0.27 percentage points.

Meanwhile, Virgin Money’s exclusive 75% LTV five-year fixed rate with £995 fee at 1.70% will be withdrawn.

Last week the lender also announced a series of mortgage rate rises.
