VAS group hires group operations leader

VAS Group has appointed Lisa Southall as its first group operations leader.

Southall (pictured) is an experienced regional financial controller with over 25 years’ experience. She will take responsibility for financial control, management and compliance alongside HR processes.

She will also work with VAS Panel on assurance and excellence of valuation reports.

Gina May, co-founder and operations director of VAS Group, said: “Lisa brings a wealth of financial control, HR and audit experience to the business, her proven management skills will be a great addition to the business as we continue to strive for established quality and growth targets.

“To attract an individual with the calibre of Lisa is fantastic, we previously worked together in the automotive industry for 10 years and formed a great working relationship.”
