UTB makes development finance appointment

United Trust Bank has announced the appointment of Gordon Robinson as a new property development director.

Robinson (pictured) joins from overseas bank Banco Internacional do Funchal S.A. His career in development finance spans 30 years working at lenders including RBS and HBOS.

Noel Meredith, director at United Trust Bank, said: “United Trust Bank continues to receive increasing numbers of good quality development finance proposals and for some time we’ve been on the look-out for the right person to help us further develop the business and increase our development finance lending.

“I’m delighted that Gordon has agreed to join the UTB team as he brings with him in-depth industry knowledge and many years of experience. This latest recruitment once again underlines United Trust Bank’s ambition to increase its share of the market and its commitment to providing first class development finance solutions to the UK’s developers.”
