The UKmortgages app is now available on the iPad and Android devices.

The free app, developed by MortgageBrain, initially launched on the iPhone in April.

It claims to be able to search through almost 10,000 mortgages available in the UK.

It also offers a ‘find a broker’ facility, to get in touch with a UK qualified mortgage broker to help answer questions and progress mortgage enquiries.

The software also includes a range of different calculators.
