Two first-time buyer deals unveiled by HSBC

HSBC is launching two new mortgage deals for first time buyers as part of its new mortgage range, available from 13 September.

The 90% LTV products consist of a tracker mortgage at 3.69% above the Bank of England base rate (currently 4.19%) and a two-year fixed rate deal, priced at 5.09%. Both deals have a fee of only £99.
