TSB raises rates on pair of deals

TSB has made rate adjustments to two residential mortgages available through brokers. 

The bank’s five-year fixed mortgages, available to homeowners with a loan-to-value (LTV) of up to 75%, will increase by 0.05 percentage points.

Meanwhile, TSB’s five-year fixed rate mortgage, with a product fee of £995, available to remortgagees with a LTV up to 75% will increase by 0.10 percentage points.

TSB is also reintroducing the five-year fixed rate £0 fee products in the 0%–60% and 60%–75% LTV ranges at 2.69% up to 60% and at 2.84% in the 60%–75% range.
