Coventry for intermediaries has reduced selected residential and buy-to-let mortgage rates for new and existing borrowers.
Residential rates have been cut by up to 15 basis points, while selected buy-to-let products have received reductions of up to eight basis points.
The revised range includes options for first-time buyers, existing customers and limited company landlords.
New rates are available from today.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
The lender is offering a 2-year fixed residential mortgage at 4.98% up to 90% loan-to-value, fixed until 31 December 2028.
The first-time buyer product carries a £999 fee and comes with £500 cashback.
Coventry has also launched a fee-free 5-year fixed rate of 5.41% at 75% LTV for limited company buy-to-let remortgages.
That product is available on properties with an Energy Performance Certificate rating between A and C and is fixed until 31 December 2031.
