Together is to examine changing landlord trends and portfolio lending strategies in a broker webinar this month.
The hour-long online event will take place from 12pm on Friday, 11 September, with a panel discussing rising costs, tighter regulation and changing priorities in the buy-to-let market.
Steven Bletsoe, head of regional business at the National Residential Landlord Association, will join the webinar’s host, Together intermediary sales director Michelle Walsh.
Bradley Wolstenholme, underwriting relationship manager at Together, will also appear on the panel and offer brokers practical guidance on underwriting specialist buy-to-let cases.
Attendees will be given access to findings from Together’s latest landlord research. The webinar will consider how portfolio landlords are responding to market conditions, the challenges influencing investment decisions and opportunities for growth and diversification.
It will also examine how brokers can add value during conversations with clients.
