Together to outline market outlook in broker-focused 2026 webinar

Published on

Together is set to host a webinar bringing together senior figures from across lending, valuation and sales to examine the forces shaping the UK specialist finance market.

The session, hosted by Michelle Walsh, intermediary sales director – commercial finance at Together, will provide brokers with an overview of current market conditions alongside insights into how lenders are responding to shifting economic dynamics.

Walsh will be joined by Hannah Partington, valuation technical director at VAS Valuation Group, Ben James, products and pricing director at Together, Dan Narwal, corporate intermediary sales director, and Abigail Pickford, intermediary sales director – operations.

The webinar will focus on the lender’s assessment of market conditions, recent product and proposition developments, and the commercial and residential trends expected to shape the remainder of 2026. It will also highlight areas where brokers may be able to respond to client demand in the current environment.

Walsh said: “This webinar is designed to give brokers clear, practical insight into what’s happening across the market, what it means for their clients, and how they can take action with confidence.

“By bringing together expertise from valuation, pricing and intermediary sales, we’re aiming to cut through the noise and focus on what really matters right now.”

A central theme of the session will be the role of valuations in shaping lending decisions. Partington is expected to outline how changing valuation trends are influencing both commercial and residential transactions, and what brokers should consider when structuring deals.

The event will include a live question and answer segment, allowing attendees to raise queries directly with the panel and seek clarification on specific market challenges.

The webinar forms part of Together’s wider intermediary engagement programme, which is intended to provide brokers with practical guidance and market insight as conditions continue to evolve.
