Together expands Lakeside securitisation programme to £1.2bn

Published on

Together Financial Services has increased its revolving Lakeside securitisation programme from £1bn to £1.2bn.

The programme, known as LABS, is backed by existing lenders BNP Paribas, Lloyds Bank and National Westminster Bank.

It primarily supports Together’s regulated and unregulated bridging lending.

LABS was launched in 2015 as a £255m revolving securitisation facility and has since been increased four times. Its previous expansion, to £1bn, was completed in November 2024.

Chris Adams, chief financial officer at Together, said: “This further upsizing of LABS reflects the continued confidence of our long-standing banking partners in Together’s platform, performance and disciplined growth strategy.

“The increased facility provides additional capacity to support demand across our bridging products, while preserving the strong commercial terms and maturity profile of the programme.”

Together’s funding structure includes 13 public mortgage-backed securitisations, eight private securitisation facilities, secured notes and a revolving credit facility.

The group has raised or refinanced more than £2.1bn of facilities across five transactions so far this calendar year, including the LABS expansion.

Together expects to announce its results for the year ended 30 June 2026 on 17 September 2026.
