The Mortgage Works is making some changes to its product ranges tomorrow (Friday 26 July).

End dates will be extended to 31 October on all products and the lender’s Light Refurbishment range will be withdrawn.

In addition, applications for unlettable properties will no longer be acceptable.

There are also minor changes to The Mortgage Works Let to Buy criteria and a new Residential Further Advance and Switcher product range.
