TMG adds Bluecroft Finance to lender panel

Published on

TMG Mortgage Network has added Bluecroft Finance to its lender panel, expanding the specialist finance options available to its advisers.

The addition gives TMG advisers access to Bluecroft’s range of bridging products for residential, commercial and semi-commercial property transactions across England, Wales and Scotland.

The Greater Manchester-based principal lender offers bridging loans ranging from £75,000 to £3 million.

Bluecroft’s proposition includes funding for auction purchases, refurbishment projects and more complex bridging cases.

FAST-TRACK BRIDGING

TMG advisers will also gain access to the lender’s Bluecroft Fast-Track proposition, which can enable suitable residential bridging cases below £350,000 to complete in under seven days.

The proposition uses automated valuation models (AVMs) or desktop valuations alongside title insurance to reduce the time required to complete eligible cases.

Bluecroft has also recently launched its ‘2 Become 1’ dual representation solution, designed to reduce legal complexity and speed up completions on appropriate cases.

Danny Belton (main picture, inset left), head of TMG Club & Partner Strategy at TMG Mortgage Network, said: “At TMG, we continually review our lender panel to ensure advisers have access to the widest possible range of quality solutions for their customers.

“Bluecroft Finance brings a pragmatic approach to bridging, supported by experienced underwriters and a genuine willingness to look at cases individually.

“The combination of speed, flexibility and direct access to decision-makers makes Bluecroft a valuable addition to our panel.

“We are particularly pleased to provide advisers with another strong option for auction finance, refurbishment projects and complex bridging requirements where time is often critical.”

“Certainty, speed and a common-sense approach to lending.”

Ross Gandy (main picture, inset right), head of sales at Bluecroft Finance, added: “We are delighted to be joining the TMG Mortgage Network panel and look forward to building strong relationships with advisers across the network.

“Bluecroft was established to provide brokers with certainty, speed and a common-sense approach to lending. Every deal is reviewed by a real underwriter, and we pride ourselves on finding solutions where others may struggle.

“We believe our proposition will be a valuable complement to the existing specialist finance options available through TMG.”
