The Mortgage Lender puts onsite underwriter in Complete FS office

The Mortgage Lender (TML) has once again expanded its team of onsite underwriters with the appointment of Warner Pidgeon as regional underwriter for Complete FS.

He will join the team at the packager/distributor located at Hamble-le-Rice in Southampton.

Pidgeon (pictured) has over 17 years of experience in the industry having held roles with Lloyds Banking Group, the Woolwich Building Society, Molo Finance and Fleet Mortgages.

This is the fourth appointment of a regional underwriter by The Mortgage Lender with onsite support located within 3mc, Dynamo and TFC Homeloans.

David Eaves, head of national accounts at The Mortgage Lender, said: “Warner has a wealth of experience and we’re thrilled to have him join our growing team.”

Warner added: “The Mortgage Lender has a great range of products and a strong reputation. Its real life lending approach was particularly attractive to me – like they say, you can’t fit a square peg into a round hole – borrowers’ lives are complex and TML’s products reflect that.”

Tony Salentino, director at Complete FS, said: “We are delighted to have Warner join our growing number of lender onsite underwriters. This will add substantial benefits to our packaging proposition, in particular improving the consistency of decisioning at DIP stage, quicker turnaround times and faster completions. All-in-all better for the client and the intermediary.

“We are very grateful to TML for showing us their support and we will work tirelessly to ensure this adds real value to all the intermediaries using our services.”
