Louise Apollonio has joined The Mortgage Lender as business development manager for the North West region.

Apollonio (pictured) has held senior roles with Mortgages Plc, Uinsure and more recently as a business development manager for Magellan Homeloans.

She said: “The Mortgage Lender has been on an exciting journey. The new brand, its people and culture caught my eye and the idea of working with some familiar faces from my time at Mortgages Plc was an opportunity I simply couldn’t pass up.

“Our products and criteria are competitive, I love the fact that we’re not putting what we do in the specialist pigeon hole, we are real life lenders.”

Peter Beaumont, deputy chief executive for The Mortgage Lender, added: “It’s great to have Louise join our sales team. She’s an experienced professional that not only knows her stuff but has a real passion for the industry and building strong relationships. She’s a great asset to our business.”
