The Leeds widens fees-assisted offering

The Leeds Building Society has added new versions to its fees assisted two-year discount product range up to 85% LTV.

The mutual’s fees assisted two-year discount mortgage is now available at the existing rate of 2.80% up to 75% LTV, and at new rates of 3.40% up to 80% LTV and 3.90% up to 85% LTV.

The Society is also offering a free valuation up to £335 and free in house legal services for remortgages.
