The Leeds unveils 3.05% intermediary deal

Leeds Building Society has cut the rate of on its two-year discount mortgage by 0.15%.

The new rate is 3.05% and is available between 76% and 80% LTV.

The product allows 10% capital repayments each year. There is no higher lending charge and a booking fee of £199.
