The Harpenden appoints BDM for the North

The Harpenden Building Society, has expanded its sales function with the appointment of Jacqui Turner.

She has joined its business development team, providing additional support to brokers located in the North of England.

She joins from the Marsden Building Society.

Turner said: “I am delighted to join Harpenden in the role of business development manager. I have a passion for delivering positive outcomes and look forward to introducing brokers and their customers to the competitive mortgage products the society has become renowned for in the specialist lending sector.

“Never before has it been more important for brokers to integrate effective mortgage solutions that can accommodate the rapidly changing needs of an increasingly sophisticated customer base. Harpenden’s range of products and the methodology the society adopts with regard to manual underwriting, gives a strong option for brokers wanting to secure more business.”

Craig Middleton, mortgage sales manager at the Harpenden Building Society, added: “We are delighted to welcome Jacqui to our sales team.
