The Chorley selects AToM

All Types of Mortgages Ltd (AToM), has been appointed to the limited distribution panel of Chorley Building Society.
The mutual’s offering includes a residential mortgage option at 4.49% variable, up to 85% LTV, to £1 million. It has a £995 arrangement fee, allows a term of up to 40 years and is available to first-time buyers.

Dale Jannels, sales and marketing director at AToM, said: “Many high quality customers simply do not fit the high street ‘tick box’ mentality and require a manual approach to underwriting with lenders who do not credit score. Add to this a great product offering and Chorley look set to be a big name in this market. AToM has access to the full range of Chorley’s great intermediary products and we look forward to working closely with them.””
