Conveyancing firm Blacks Connect has been added to the legal panel of network TenetLime.

Appointed representatives of TenetLime can now refer conveyancing business to Blacks, whose Search Promise guarantees to pay the client’s search fees if their first purchase falls through.

David Gilman (pictured), partner at Blacks, said: “We choose our business partners very carefully and TenetLime is one of the strongest networks out there. It works hard for its members and demands the same from those on its panel.

“We look forward to providing its appointed representatives with the professional, top quality service they rightly expect.”

Gemma Harle, managing director at TenetLime, added: “Our legal services panel is a bespoke panel which offers services suitable for every client. Blacks have been appointed as we appreciate the value that quality conveyancing specialists can offer our members.

“As an experienced full service law firm, Blacks provides a reassuringly thorough and professional service, which reflects our own values and proposition.”
