TBMC unveils new buy-to-let exclusive

Published on

TBMC has launched an exclusive buy-to-let mortgage deal with Leeds Building Society.

The product is a 4.50% discounted rate for two years with no completion fee.

There is also a free valuation up to £335 for purchases and remortgages, and free legals for remortgages only. It comes with a £199 booking fee.

Andy Young, chief executive officer at TBMC, said: “The product is extremely competitive in the 70% LTV bracket and will be particularly attractive to brokers and their landlord clients looking for a ‘no fees’ scheme. The free valuation and free legals package make this an excellent deal and we are expecting it to be very popular in the marketplace.””
