Still room for common sense lending: Jupp

Rob Jupp has called for a return to specialist lending on the day he launched Brightstar Financial.

Brightstar has secured investment from bridging lender Tiuta PLC, mortgage network Mortgage Advice Bureau and independent London mortgage broker Coreco.

Jupp , managing director of Brightstar, said: “Let me be clear on what we want to achieve at Brightstar. The UK needs the return of specialist lending and we intend to do all we can to show lenders that the days of ‘casino lending’ are gone but there is still a place for considered
