Spicerhaart and Just Mortgages sponsor Sittingbourne FC

Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients and Just Mortgages have agreed a sponsorship deal with Sittingbourne FC in Kent.

The partnership will see both Spicerhaart brands featured on hoardings around the pitch at the club’s Staxson Stadium ground.

The sponsorship is aimed at supporting local community engagement and non-league football in the area.

Sittingbourne FC, known as the Brickies, are celebrating their 140th anniversary this year and play in the Isthmian League South East division. For the third consecutive season, the club finished the 2025-26 campaign in the play-off positions.

Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients is the assisted move and part exchange arm of Spicerhaart, the independent estate agency group. It works with developers and housebuilders across the UK to provide new-build customers with assisted move and part exchange options.

The business manages the sale of the buyer’s existing home and, through Just Mortgages, provides access to independent mortgage advice from more than 650 advisers across the country.

The Sittingbourne FC deal follows other community support from Spicerhaart and its group companies, including backing for Dinnington Town FC in South Yorkshire by Spicerhaart Part Exchange and estate agency Holbrook.

Rosey Major, business development manager at Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Group Clients, said: “Alongside our colleagues at Just Mortgages, I couldn’t be more proud to support our local club, Sittingbourne FC.

“For me, non-league football has always been about more than just a game. It’s about the community, passion and the people who give up their time week in, week out to keep local clubs thriving.

“Playing an active role in the communities we serve has long been a big priority for Spicerhaart so I’m pleased we can get behind such a fantastic club that does such great work in this community.

“As we continue to work with leading developers and builders to support smoother new-build purchases, we hope that we can play a small role in the continued success of Sittingbourne FC – particularly off the back of another impressive campaign in a super competitive league.”

Maurice Dunk, chairman of Sittingbourne FC, said: “We greatly appreciate the generous support of Rosey and the entire team at Spicerhaart. Partnerships with local, likeminded businesses are so crucial for clubs at our level, helping us to sustain what we are doing, while pushing forward with our ambitions both off and on the pitch.”
