The Source appoints BDM

Source Insurance has announced the appointment of David Carr as business development manager for the North region.

Carr (pictured) joins Source from Proximo, the motor legal specialist where he was regional business manager.

Prior to this Carr spent 13 years with Paymentshield where he was a regional sales manager.

Brian Coulton, the Source’s head of sales, said: “David brings a wealth of experience to Source and has a hugely impressive track record in the general insurance industry and we are very excited to have him join us at this exciting time for the company.”

Kevin Paterson, the Source managing director, added: “We know from our own experience and research that brokers really value a solid field presence and we are determined to build and maintain the best team possible, David joins a strong team and we are pleased that we have been able to attract his kind of talent.”
