SortRefer sets out expanded regional events programme for 2026

Published on

SortRefer has confirmed that its regional events programme will continue into 2026, with nearly 20 events already scheduled across the UK.

The conveyancing and legal services provider said the programme builds on strong engagement during 2024 and 2025, when it delivered and co-hosted a total of 48 events. The business now expects to exceed 30 events during 2026.

Confirmed locations so far include York, Blackburn, West Yorkshire, Liverpool, Derby, Stoke-on-Trent, Northampton, Ipswich, Canary Wharf in London, Bournemouth, Camberley, Kent, Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.

The programme will also be expanded further in the South West through the Full House collaboration, working with local mortgage providers to host events in Gloucester, Torquay, Cornwall, Exeter, Bristol, Llanelli and Cardiff.

All events are free to attend and include parking and refreshments. Attendees can also earn CPD-accredited hours.

SortRefer said the sessions are designed to reflect local market conditions and provide practical insight and networking opportunities for mortgage intermediaries, brokers and other property professionals.

Content across the programme will cover industry trends, best practice and emerging opportunities, with speakers and panel members drawn from the lending, legal and wider property sectors.

Kevin Tunnicliffe

Kevin Tunnicliffe, chief executive officer of Sort Group, said: “Our Regional Events Programme has become a cornerstone of how we engage with the industry, and the continued growth into 2026 reflects the appetite for meaningful, face-to-face collaboration.

“By expanding our reach across the UK — including further locations in Scotland and the South West — we’re reinforcing our commitment to supporting intermediaries with accessible, high-quality events that deliver genuine insight, practical learning and valuable connections at a local level.”

Graham Le Bas

Graham Le Bas, head of broker proposition at SortRefer, added: “These events are all about bringing people together in a way that works for them — locally, informally and with real takeaways they can apply to their businesses straight away.

“The strength of the programme lies in the partnerships we’ve built with lenders and suppliers, and the open conversations that happen as a result.

“As we head into 2026, we’re excited to build on that momentum and continue creating events that add real value for attendees across every region. We’d encourage anyone interested in attending to register their interest early to ensure they don’t miss out.”
