“Brokers sit at the heart of our business and both Paula and Emma are totally focussed on building quality partnerships with them. The relationships they build with both brokers and team members alike set them apart and we know that their passion and commitment to our partners will be pivotal as we undertake rapid growth this year.”

Cox said: “My priority will be to ensure that all my brokers feel the benefit from my new responsibilities as well as the day to day support I can offer in the field.
