Davenham Group plc is to hold an extraordinary general meeting following notice served by one of its shareholders.

The company received a notice on 23 November 2010 requisitioning a general meeting to consider resolutions for the appointment of David Anthony and Gary Jennison as directors of the company and for the removal of Paul Burke and James Kerr-Muir as directors.

The notice was served by DG Anthony, who holds around 14.9% of Davenham’s share capital.

In accordance with, and subject to, the Companies Act 2006 Davenham will issue, by no later than 14 December, a notice of general meeting, to be held not more than 28 days after the date of the notice convening that meeting.
