Shared ownership exclusives for L&G Mortgage Club

Legal & General Mortgage Club has launched a range of exclusive deals with Leeds Building Society, catering to buyers looking to shared ownership as a way to get onto the property ladder, as well as borrowers in need of an interest only offering.

The new products include a two-year fixed rate at 3.99% with a 75% LTV on shared ownership deals, alongside an interest only offering, consisting of a two-year fixed rate at 2.04% for 60% LTVs and 2.19% on 75% LTVs. The shared ownership product also benefits from no fees and £200 cashback, with the interest only deal also offering £1000 cashback.

Jeremy Duncombe, director of Legal & General Mortgage Club said: “These exclusive rates are extremely competitive, and target two growing areas of the market. We are delighted that Leeds Building Society has chosen us to distribute these products, adding further value and diversity to the offerings our brokers already bring to the table.”
