Sesame Network hires Araminta Hoare to support adviser growth

Published on

Sesame Network has appointed Araminta Hoare as a growth consultant, tasked with helping firms develop practical strategies to strengthen their businesses.

Hoare (pictured) will report to Sesame director Toni Smith and will work directly with advisers across the network. Her remit is to assist firms in creating realistic long-term plans that reflect their individual ambitions and commercial pressures.

She joins with more than 17 years of experience in financial services, spanning distribution, strategic planning and performance management.

Sesame said her background in helping businesses adapt to changing conditions makes her well suited to supporting firms through the current market cycle.

Smith said: “We want Sesame to be the proactive partner for life for every firm, supporting them to start, run, grow and exit their businesses successfully. Araminta’s appointment is a big step in that direction.

“She brings the experience and insight advisers need to turn growth plans into real progress, and that’s good news for every firm in our network.”

Hoare added: “Every firm has its own definition of growth. My role is to listen, understand what success looks like for them, and help build plans that work in the real world.

“I’m looking forward to working closely with advisers and the rest of the Sesame team to make that happen.”
