Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA) has renewed its partnership with SIX Mental Health Addiction (SIX MHA), continuing to provide mental health and addiction support to members of its adviser network.
The mortgage, protection and financial planning network first partnered with SIX MHA in 2024, with the renewed agreement covering Rosemount members and their families as well as the network’s own staff.
Founded by former England and Arsenal captain Tony Adams MBE (main picture, inset right), SIX MHA provides workplace wellbeing services including seminars, awareness programmes, workshops and training.
Members also have access to a confidential 24-hour helpline staffed by medical professionals who can provide advice, assessments and referrals to accredited therapists and counsellors, alongside addiction recovery support.
PRESSURES OF FINANCIAL ADVICE
Ahmed Bawa (main picture, inset left), CEO of Rosemount Financial Solutions (IFA), said: “I’m pleased to continue our relationship with SIX MHA. The mental health support on offer is top class, and the response from members of the Rosemount team show that it is already making a positive impact.
“Working in financial advice can be incredibly stressful, with unpredictable workloads putting a strain on mental health. As a network we are determined to do whatever we can to relieve some of that burden, and promote best practice on mental health across the industry.”
‘SUPPORT ACROSS EVERY STEP’
Tony Adams MBE, founder of SIX MHA, said: “We have been working with Rosemount for some time now, with members of the business already making use of the services provided by SIX MHA. Continuing that partnership shows how committed they are to supporting the mental health of the Rosemount team.
“SIX MHA is built off the back of my own experiences and understanding of what constitutes quality mental health services.
“It’s about providing support across every step of the journey, from building awareness of mental health through our seminars and workshops, to the practical support on offer through counsellors and treatment.”
