Regulator consults over financial crime

The FSA has published a consultation paper (CP) on financial crime.

The CP seeks views on the regulator’s proposal for a new regulatory guide, Financial Crime: a guide for firms.

The guide aims to provides guidance on steps firms can take to reduce their financial crime risk. The FSA says reflects the “wide experience”” it has built up in the course of its work on financial crime prevention.
