Quantum Mortgages unveils academy to develop internal sales talent

Quantum Mortgages has launched a Business Development Academy aimed at supporting broker support staff into sales roles.

The specialist buy-to-let and bridging lender said the initiative, created by Harsha Dahyea, chief commercial officer at Quantum Mortgages, is designed to develop internal talent and support the next generation of business development managers.

The programme is focused on nurturing staff looking to progress their careers, with an emphasis on building a pipeline of specialist BDMs from within the business.

As part of the launch, Sara Mietusiewicz and Ebz Darko (both pictured above) have been promoted to hybrid business development manager roles.

The pair will cover postcodes across England and Northern Ireland.

Dahyea said: “We have some of the best mortgage talent at Quantum.

“We’re always looking for driven people who are looking to scale in their careers with us. The Business Development Academy gives aspiring salespeople the chance to learn from our top-performing national account managers, business development managers, and me.”

Dahyea added: “I’m very proud of Sara, and Ebz. They’ve consistently excelled in their Broker Support roles and are the ideal first candidates to join our Business Development Academy.

“We’re excited to work with them and are confident they’ll achieve fantastic results with the support of our BDMs.”
