Pure Retirement unveils new case tracker for advisers

Published on

Pure Retirement has made change to its online case tracking tool for advisers.

Launched just last year, the tool has been adapted, following feedback from advisers.

The facility now enables an at-a-glance view of cases with nine stages of detail and an improved search function on multiple fields. Estimated and actual property values can be viewed, alongside loan amount and commission. On addition, there are download functions for application forms and all required data.

Simon Hayton, Pure’s head of technical services, added: “We’re constantly adapting our online portal to meet the needs of our registered advisers. Quality of service is our number one priority, made possible with our ever-evolving technology and, most importantly, made meaningful by our people who provide a dedicated support network for advisers and customers alike.”
