Pure Retirement becomes LLA Ambassador

Published on

AIR Sourcing has revealed that Pure Retirement has become the first provider to plug into its new v.3 sourcing system.

The new version of AIR Sourcing – which combines a sourcing system with an Application Program Interface (API) platform – will allow advisers to generate their own KFIs using client data they have entered into the system’s sourcing tool.

The business claims this will “save huge amounts of time and put advisers at the cutting edge of equity release/later life lending technology”.

AIR Sourcing was launched in May 2016. During 2017 it saw a 140% increase in the number of registered users and it has now launched this new version offering whole of market access to all equity release and later life lending products in marketplace.

It is available to registered advisers free of charge and offers products with enhanced terms for members of its sister companies, the Equity Release Club and Later Life Academy (LLA).

Alongside its continued commitment to AIR Sourcing, Pure Retirement has become the latest LLA Ambassador.

The LLA is a commercial and training organisation for later life advisers. As full Ambassadors, Pure Retirement will have significant input into the Academy’s corporate thinking and the ongoing development of the overall proposition, as well as helping to define future content. The Academy will work with Pure Retirement to help develop and shape its lifetime mortgage and later life materials for advisers.

AIR Sourcing, the Equity Release Club – the distributor for equity release and later life advisers, plus the LLA are all part of the Answers in Retirement Group – the group of companies covering a range of retirement and later life services.

Stuart Wilson, group managing director at Answers in Retirement Ltd, said: “We are very pleased to be strengthening the Group’s ties with Pure Retirement – one of the premier equity release providers active in the marketplace today – and to have them as the first lender to be plugging into this new version three of AIR Sourcing.

“The team have been working hard to upgrade the system and we believe this new version will continue to revolutionise the equity release and later life lending market by not just offering full product sourcing but also delivering an easy-to-use proposition that saves advisers time and cuts down on data input and duplication.

“Not only do we have Pure Retirement on AIR Sourcing but they have become the latest Ambassadors for the Academy, which continues to be focused on supporting advisers in this marketplace and providing them with a range of information, resources and opportunities that they would simply not get elsewhere.

“Pure Retirement will now be working with us to deliver greater knowledge via the LLA in particular we will focus on showing the power and potential of technology in order to help advisers develop their business, both in the equity release sector but also across a number of later life-related areas.”

Chris Flowers, head of distribution at Pure Retirement, said: “We’re delighted to continue with our sponsorship of AIR Sourcing this year, enabling even more equity release advisers to access invaluable tools and resources to help them in the day to day of their business.

“We’re committed to supporting the adviser network and the ongoing education in the equity release market, once again offering our own educational series of webinars for 2018 and proud to become an official ambassador for the Later Life Academy.”
