Property Portfolio Rescue rebrands

Property Portfolio Rescue (PPR) has rebranded to PPR Estates. It says the move is designed to reflect the firm’s place as a private property business with a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

PPR Estates owns over 200 properties and manages over £40 million worth of property assets as landlords. Its acquisition focus remains London and the South East. Strategically, PPR aims to grow its portfolio to £100 million of assets in the next few years, to become one of the UK’s leading landlords.
