Primis strengthens sales team with SW appointment

Primis has promoted Jade Clayton to regional sales director for the South West, effective from 1 September, as the network bolsters its distribution team.

Clayton (pictured) has spent the past four years with Primis, initially as area supervision manager for the Midlands before becoming recruitment development manager.

Prior to joining the network, she worked for six years as a mortgage broker. She succeeds Claire Madge, who has moved to Primis’ appointed representative, Embrace.

Emma Hollingworth, chief distribution officer at LSL Group, said the promotion formed part of a wider strengthening of the network’s sales function. “Primis is at a key moment, with a newly strengthened sales team being part of our commitment to our members.

“The appointment of Neil Hoare and promotion of Jade are very much part of this. Jade’s experience and personality make her a perfect fit for the role and I’ve no doubt she’ll hit the ground running and be a credit to our team.”

Clayton said she was eager to take on the new responsibilities. “I’ve been part of Primis for four years now and have always been made to feel so welcome, in both my sales and recruitment roles.

“The best bit about my job is connecting with our existing firms and brokers but also talking to new recruits wanting to start their journey with us – I’m excited to take on this additional responsibility and start having more of those conversations.”

Neil Hoare

She will report to sales director Neil Hoare, who also joined Primis on 1 September from his previous role as commercial director at HL Partnership. Hoare will head up sales at both Primis and TMA, reporting directly to Hollingworth.
