Precise pleased with bridging beginnings

Precise Mortgages says it has issued decisions in principle (DIPs) worth £25 million in applications since it launched into short-term lending in May.

The firm said feedback from brokers who had submitted business was “very encouraging”” but the find intended to improve its proposition over the next few months.
