Paradigm expands bridging panel

Paradigm Mortgage Service has added Lowry Capital to its bridging loan panel.

The Manchester-based lender offers direct contact with a decision maker who they say will provide an instant decision.

Lending is available up to 75% of Open Market Value and there are no upfront fees. Small and large loans are available from £25,000 upwards.

For an initial period of two months, Lowry Capital is offering Paradigm members a bonus of up to £500 per completed application. For loans up to £250,000 the bonus will be £250 for loans over £250,000 the bonus will be £500.
