Paradigm adds Afin Bank to lender panel

Paradigm Mortgage Services has added Afin Bank to its lender panel, giving member firms access to the specialist lender’s residential and buy-to-let proposition.

Afin Bank offers residential and buy-to-let products for borrowers including those from the diaspora, self-employed clients, foreign nationals working in the UK on a valid visa, and customers with complex income structures.

Its range includes products available from a 5% deposit, lending options for professionals requiring higher income multiples, and a high-net-worth range.

The lender’s mortgage products cover first-time buyers, home movers and remortgage borrowers, as well as buy-to-let customers. Fixed-rate and tracker products are currently available.

Afin Bank’s proposition is now available to Paradigm member firms through the distributor’s lender panel.

Richard Howes (pictured), managing director of mortgages at Paradigm Mortgage Services, said: “We are pleased to welcome Afin Bank to the Paradigm lender panel and to provide member firms with access to an additional specialist lending proposition. Afin supports a wide range of borrowers with a wide range of both mainstream and specialist needs.

“Adding them to our panel further broadens the range of residential and buy-to-let lending options available to our member firms and their suitable borrower clients.”

Anum Mahmood, national key account manager at Afin Bank, added: “Partnering with Paradigm is a key milestone for Afin Bank. It enables us to bring our offering to a wide group of brokers while delivering the simplicity, speed and support they need to serve their clients effectively.

“I’m looking forward to working closely with Paradigm and its members to build strong relationships and drive mutual success.”
