Pair of new deals from Platform

Platform has launched new residential two-year fixed rate mortgages.

The deals are only available via Legal & General, Openwork, PTFS and Sesame.

The products, available for purchases and remortgages, start at 3.09% up to 60% LTV, with a £995 arrangement fee. Without such a fee, rates start at 3.49% (again, up to 60% LTV).

Free valuation and free standard legal fees are available for remortgages and both products come with a non-refundable administration fee of £89.

Lee Gladwell, business development director at Platform said: “The addition of these new products to our current competitive mainstream and buy-to-let offering will help enable brokers to offer a full range of products and services to their clients.
