TFC Homeloans has added Optimum Credit to its panel.

Optimum Credit is second charge lender, lending in England, Wales and Scotland.

It can cater for a range of client circumstances and profiles and offer variable, fixed and discounted rates to homeowners.

TFC has also launched a fully functional API link in its 1APP system with Optimum Credit.

Ian Balfour, TFC Homeloans’ sales and marketing director, said: “We are delighted to be working with Optimum Credit as a leading and forward thinking lender. Their unique proposition is supported by their excellent service and systems and I am looking forward to seeing how this relationship grows.

“It is a natural progression for TFC as we are seeing positive growth in our second charge business and we are already highly successful with Pepper Money, who acquired Optimum Credit at the end of last year.”

Craig Collins, wholesale director at Optimum Credit, added: “It’s a great move for us to join the panel at TFC Homeloans. Innovative technology is at the heart of our business and we look forward to working with TFC to make our second charge mortgages available to their clients.”
