Nova appoints Andrew Smith as commercial director

Conveyancing provider Nova has appointed Andrew Smith as commercial director as it seeks to expand its relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers.

Smith (pictured) has more than 20 years of experience in commercial leadership and business development across the property and technology sectors.

He spent more than a decade at CoStar Group and has also held senior positions at Nordic property technology and financial technology business Navian Group. He most recently worked at Property Finder in the UAE.

Smith will lead Nova’s commercial strategy, working with estate agents, mortgage brokers and other introducers. His responsibilities will include developing strategic partnerships, strengthening existing relationships and establishing the commercial processes needed to support the company’s growth.
