New mortgages for French market unveiled

Connect Overseas has launched an exclusive range of new mortgage products in association with Lloyds International.

The deals are for purchase or remortgage of French residential property by non-residents.

Rates start from 2.09% variable, while normal product fees have been discounted from 1% to 0.85%.

The mortgages are available up to 70% LTV, with a minimum loan of £100,000.

Capital raising is allowed on remortgage for any purpose, and mortgages are available to both the employed and self-employed.
