New landlord mortgages from the NLA

The National Landlords Association (NLA) has announced a new range of fixed and variable interest rates for landlords looking to raise capital to expand their portfolio or for refurbishments.

Variable rates start from 4.49% + BBR and provide up to 75% loan to value, while fixed rates start from 5.79%.

Both mortgages have £0 completion fee and offer free valuation and free legals on remortgages.

The rate can be fixed at 5.59% for four years, available up to 70% loan to value.
