New Flexible Offset maximum loan size from AFI

Abbey for Intermediaries AFI

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) is increasing the maximum loan size on its Flexible Offset products tomorrow (22 June).

The new ceiling with be £1 million.

The relevant products are:

  • Homebuyer, 75% LTV, 3.99% (BBR + 3.49%) with a £995 booking fee
  • Remortgage, 75% LTV, 4.19% (BBR + 3.69%) with a £995 booking fee

There is no change to the mortgage rates.
