New five-year fix from Santander

Santander has launched a new five-year fixed rate at 5.69%, up to 85% LTV.

The lender is also cutting the rates on a number of its two-year fixed products at 70% and 75% LTV by up to 0.2%.

It is also adding its Homebuyers solution to its two-year fixed at 60% LTV with a 3.39% rate. The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free basic mortgage valuation and £250 cash-back on completion.
