New five-year deals from the Coventry

Coventry for intermediaries has added new deals to its five-year fixed residential and buy-to-let ranges.

New additions start from 2.34% for residential products (with a £999 arrangement fee).

Coventry for intermediaries has also launched new Flexx for Term products, with rates starting from 1.75% (with a £999 arrangement fee).

Darin Landon, distribution director, said: “Our range of five-year fixed mortgages is now even better, as we have launched highly competitive products with a range of LTV options from 2.34% – ideal for your clients looking for the stability of a fixed rate.

“And your clients who want flexibility and unlimited overpayments will be delighted with our Flexx for Term range – also with highly competitive rates.

“As always all of our products are booking fee free and include a valuation of up to £670 for residential mortgages and £700 for buy-to-let, so this is the perfect time to secure a great deal for your clients.”
