New fees-assisted BTL fix from the Leeds

Leeds Building Society has introduced a fees-assisted, two-year fixed rate buy-to-let mortgage available from 5.14%.

The product offers a free standard valuation up to £335 and free in-house legal services for standard re-mortgages.

There is no completion fee and a booking fee of £199.

10% capital repayments are allowed each year without penalty and there is no higher lending charge.

Kim Rebecchi, the Leeds’ sales and marketing director, said: “We have looked at the market and delivered a highly competitive fees assisted fixed rate buy to let. When you look at what is currently available
