NatWest IS bolsters range with pair of new deals

NatWest Intermediary Solutions has added two new remortgage products to its core range.

Firstly, there is an 18-month tracker, 75% LTV, residential remortgage offering an initial rate of 3.09% with a fee of £499.

Secondly, there is a two-year fixed rate, 75% LTV, buy-to-let remortgage offering an initial rate of 5.79% with a fee of £999.

Both remortgages come with free basic legal and valuation fees.

Mark Bullard, head of sales, NatWest Intermediary Solutions said: “The introduction of these two products means that there is now more consistency across our purchase and remortgage ranges in terms of equivalent deals.
