Mydeposits.co.uk slashes joining fee

Mydeposits.co.uk is cutting its joining fee for all landlords this winter to £10m a saving of £47.50 for new landlords joining the scheme.

Landlords can sign up to the insurance-based tenancy deposit protection scheme for the one off flat fee during December and January, down from the normal fee of £57.50. Protection fees still apply.

The discounted joining fee is available to new members who sign up online between 1 December 2010 and 31 January 2011.

Eddie Hooker, chief executive of mydeposits.co.uk, said: “Our winter promotion is the perfect opportunity for landlords to sign up to my|deposits at a great price of just £10.
