MPowered Mortgages launches broker WhatsApp channel

Published on

MPowered Mortgages has introduced a dedicated WhatsApp channel for its brokers.

The channel will provide a forum in which MPowered’s broker support teams can update on products in a timely manner, direct to brokers.

This new What’s app channel follows the launch of CriteriaGPT, a chatbot which uses ChatGPT software to answer complex criteria queries. The lender also recently launched a new marketing tool, Marketing Assist, which creates content for brokers as a way to attract new business and engage existing clientele.

Brokers can apply to be part of the MPowered WhatsApp channel by getting in contact with their broker support team.

Matt Surridge, sales director of mortgages at MPowered Mortgages, said: “At MPowered Mortgages, we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the broker journey.

“Expanding our communication channels and going to where brokers are, is an important step that supports brokers with their day-to-day. Ultimately, we want to help brokers do the best job possible for their customers.”
